Supervise day-to-day operations in the furniture department, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Supply Chain Systems:
Utilize supply chain portals and warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor and manage inventory.
Provide training and support to staff for effective system usage.
Technology Integration:
Identify and implement technological advancements to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Analyse data and generate insights for performance improvement.
Innovative Problem-Solving:
Apply design thinking principles to develop creative solutions for operational challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new workflows and processes.
Distribution and Logistics:
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of furniture products.
Monitor and manage shipping schedules to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma holder in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferably MBA in Supply Chain
5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in furniture or a similar industry.
Proficiency in supply chain portals, warehouse management systems, and ERP software.
Strong understanding of core supply chain principles, distribution, and logistics.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a culture of innovation.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Creative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills: Warehouse MIS and Reporting Skills and Knowledge, Preferably advance Excel, Power BI, Python.
