: Job Purpose:
The Coordinator - Corporate Communication and Social Media is responsible for implementing and managing internal and external communication strategies. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, promoting key corporate messages, and maintaining consistent engagement across various digital and traditional platforms. This position supports Emiratization efforts and ensures alignment with the company's branding and communication guidelines. II
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and publish engaging content across social media platforms and internal communication channels.
  • Coordinate corporate campaigns, announcements, and events with internal stakeholders.
  • Support media relations and coordinate press releases, interviews, and media coverage.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual presentation across all platforms.
  • Manage content calendars, approval workflows, and cross-functional coordination for communication projects.
  • Assist in the creation of newsletters, reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Engage with online audiences and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Support Emiratization branding campaigns and government communication initiatives.
  • Maintain communication archives and documentation for future reference and audits.

Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of communication strategies and brand storytelling.
  • Experience using social media platforms, content management systems, and design tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of UAE media landscape and familiarity with Emiratization goals.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under tight deadlines.
Key Result Areas:
  • Content Engagement: Increase audience engagement rate by 25% over 12 months.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure 100% consistency in all published content with corporate branding guidelines.
  • Media Visibility: Secure a minimum of 10 media placements per year.
  • Internal Communication: Achieve 90% satisfaction score in internal communication effectiveness.
  • Emiratization Promotion: Support at least 3 Emirati-focused communication initiatives annually.
