: Job Purpose: The Coordinator - Corporate Communication and Social Media is responsible for implementing and managing internal and external communication strategies. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, promoting key corporate messages, and maintaining consistent engagement across various digital and traditional platforms. This position supports Emiratization efforts and ensures alignment with the company's branding and communication guidelines. II Key Job Responsibilities
Develop and publish engaging content across social media platforms and internal communication channels.
Coordinate corporate campaigns, announcements, and events with internal stakeholders.
Support media relations and coordinate press releases, interviews, and media coverage.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual presentation across all platforms.
Manage content calendars, approval workflows, and cross-functional coordination for communication projects.
Assist in the creation of newsletters, reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
Engage with online audiences and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
Support Emiratization branding campaigns and government communication initiatives.
Maintain communication archives and documentation for future reference and audits.
III Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or social media management.
Strong understanding of communication strategies and brand storytelling.
Experience using social media platforms, content management systems, and design tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Knowledge of UAE media landscape and familiarity with Emiratization goals.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under tight deadlines.
