Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, breads, snacks, and sweets.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation according to restaurant standards.
Manage tandoor operations and ensure proper marination, grilling, and roasting.
Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes or seasonal specials.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared hygienically.
Monitor kitchen stock, manage inventory, and inform management about shortages or wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen and prep areas.
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP / FSSAI compliance).
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff or helpers as required.
Work closely with service staff to ensure smooth food operations and timely service.
