Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a South Indian Cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
Strong knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to prepare food quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Professional attitude and good teamwork skills.
