- Well experienced with grills and grilling techniques
- Knowledge of sandwich construction and fusion of flavors
- Knowledge of meat handling and butchery is a plus
- Knowledge of meat slicing is a plus
- At least 2 years proven relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen along with Good understanding of best food hygiene practices
- Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control
- Good oral and written communication
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
- Positive and approachable manner
- Team player qualities
