Job Description
Prepare different types of
biryani
(chicken, mutton, vegetable, etc.) Cook basic Arabic food Assist in menu preparation and daily food production Ensure food portions, presentation, and taste are consistent Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the kitchen Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients Follow food safety and HACCP guidelinesRequirements:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Cook Strong skills in preparing biryani and Arabic cuisine Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Team player with good communication skills
Benefits:
Salary: QAR 3,000 monthly Accommodation provided by the company 1 duty meal per day
