Job Title: Conveyancing Officer Job Summary: The primary role of a Conveyancing Officer is to help real estate property transfers perform efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact between the Seller/POA and Internal/external clients. Manage any/all property transfers and documents related to the transfers on behalf of the company. Liaise with Developers about the Oqood, SPA, Pre-title deed, Title deeds, and SOAs needed. Deal with late payment fees, title deed charges, and NOC charges including document analysis. Planning reconciliations and statements of accounts of the investors and other sellers. Make sure that transactions such as Title Deed, NOC, and SPA approvals are completed. Book appointments for property transfers with the trustee offices. E-filing and e-conveyance. Prepare MOUs and handle ROI calculations, and documents, regarding the property sales within 24 hours of the confirmation of the offer by the management. Compiling due diligence, planning property transfer documentation Talk with customers, attorneys, conveyancers, brokerage firms, or real estate professionals if required in any deals. Qualifications: \xc2\xa7 Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing in UAE. \xc2\xa7 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. \xc2\xa7 Excellent analytical and creative skills. \xc2\xa7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with social media platforms. \xc2\xa7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
