Job Description
Morgan's International Realty is looking for an efficient property Conveyancer who will be responsible for overseeing all ownership transfers, on behalf of sellers, buyers, lenders and developers.
- Drafting official documents, of the sale or lease
- Checking contracts on behalf of clients
- Monitor Sales progress
- Liaising with solicitors, lawyers and real estate agents
- Keeping official records of payments and contracts.
- Working with Developers and building relationship
- Partnering with Trustee offices and ensuring good relationship and priority
- Working with Dubai Land Department
- Dealing with transfers and highlighting and solving any challenges
- Weekly MIS report to management on all deals
- Dealing with the transfer of mortgage deeds
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Arabic (Required)
- driving license (Required)
