The Role
Exclusive Links are introducing a dedicated Sales Progressionist/ Conveyancer to the team. This position will complement the sales teams and support transactions and communications from a sale being agreed through to a successful transfer of ownership. Experience is essential as this role will manage the legalities of buying and selling. The successful candidate will need to be self-managed and organised whilst working under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital and we are looking for someone who is dependable, accountable and who can uphold the name of Exclusive Links inline with the RERA code of ethics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Explaining and drafting of the Form F / MOU/ SPA in line with agent/s observing any special considerations related to the transaction \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare a property and parties involved for transfer of ownership including a series of due diligence checks \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain non bias, effective and transparent communication between all parties included but not limited to buyers, sellers, banks, developers offices, trustee offices, utility providers, 3rd party agencies, surveyors, DLD, internal Exclusive Links team and departments \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete and maintain a full set of paperwork and files for conveyance \xe2\x80\xa2 Calculate financial settlement and communicate expectations to all parties \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the timeframes and deadlines set by clients/ agreements and transfer offices \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and communicate transfer requirements and appointment with all parties \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend transfers at trustee offices in person in conjunction with client/s and agent/s \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead by example and enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation in best practice and code of ethics \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain quality control on record keeping/ clients files \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with and complement Exclusive Links Accounts departments, Agents and Managers \xe2\x80\xa2 Collect/ hold funds inline with secure company accounting practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Full Clean UAE Drivers License and own car \xe2\x80\xa2 Impeccable organization skills and record keeping \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track record in sales progression with a minimum 2 years experience in a similar conveyancing/sales progression role or minimum 5 years in a real estate brokerage concluding sales transactions with buyers/ sellers \xe2\x80\xa2 Have knowledge of all conveyancing process and policies \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels including legal references \xe2\x80\xa2 Acute attention to detail with basic accountancy knowledge that could include xcell \xe2\x80\xa2 Be driven and bring innovation to complement existing sales teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Be a self manager with a problem solving can do attitude that can work under pressure
