Job Location: Al Barsha Heights, Dubai This position covers a broad range of responsibilities, necessary at this stage in the company development. responsibilities will become more focused in the future as additional resource becomes available. Duties and Responsibilities: Conveyancing/After Sales Customer Service

• Drafting/reviewing of legal documents related to property transfer for sales or lease, developer agreements. Attending upon clients to sign legal documents e.g. Power of Attorney, SPA, Agreement of Sales, etc.
• Liasing directly with Sellers, Buyers and Developers to ensure a smooth NOC and transfer process at DLD Trustee Centre. Checking and completing the documents of properties for Investors and End Users with Developer and Dubai Land Department.
• Exercising satisfactory standards of client care at all times.
• Registering the company with new developers on regular basis and getting information about their properties.
• Ensuring confidentiality and security of the company's clients' documentation and information.

Property Management

• Collecting and recording rent payments
• Creating work orders for maintenance technicians
• Carrying out necessary inspection work and following handover process with tenants and buyers.
• Helping customers (Sellers and Tenants) in the renewal process of their properties.
• Handling customer complaints (Sellers and Tenants) and solving customer's problems.

Finance Assistance

• Collecting commission from Developers an resale transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience on the same role for at least 2 years.
• Highly motivated with strong business sense and passion for customer service.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• UAE Driving license is a must.
• Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Real Estate Conveyancing: 2 years (Preferred)
