Sales Progression Officer - Real Estate Firm (Dubai)

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Salary: AED 5,000 + Commission

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Progression Officer to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the entire process of property sales transactions ensuring the seamless transfer of ownership while maintaining constant communication between buyers, sellers, developers, banks, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full progression of property sales from reservation to transfer stage.

Act as the main point of contact between sellers, buyers, developers, agents, banks, lawyers, and regulatory bodies.

Prepare and process all required documentation, including NOCs, MOUs, SPAs, title deeds, and other legal paperwork.

Conduct due diligence on property ownership, mortgage clearances, and any encumbrances.

Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department and ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Handle ROI calculations, disbursements, taxes, and other financial tasks related to property transfers.

Provide regular updates and proactively resolve challenges to ensure smooth and timely transactions.

Maintain accurate records, manage appointments, and oversee utility transfers or settlements where necessary.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales progression or conveyancing within Dubai.

Strong understanding of UAE property law, regulations, and DLD conveyancing procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and client service abilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems and document management software.

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Valid UAE driving license
