We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Controller Power Tools Africa” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Controller Power Tools Africa” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:
- Monthly Financial reporting (Monthly Business Review) to Power Tools’ headquarter and Executive Management;
- Coordination in business plan and quarterly forecast process with local Controllers for Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Angola and South-Africa;
- Analysis of business development in cooperation with Power Tools’ sales organization;
- Tracking of all relevant business KPIs (sales, gross margin, receivables, etc.);
- Continuous evaluation of risks and opportunities against plan / forecast;
- Business partnering: supporting in projects to better steer Power Tools business;
- Preparation of management meetings;
Qualifications
- Master Degree in Finance or Business Management;
- Min 2 years’ experience in Controlling/Reporting;
- Fluent in English and preferably in French, German is a plus;
- SAP systems Knowledge and practice, preferably HFM;
- Willing to develop in a more managerial role;
- Analytical mind set;
- Business development oriented;
- Strong verbal and communication skills;
- Self-motivated and integrity;
- Result orientated and able to deliver on time;
- High ability for accuracy and attention to detail;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Mobility Abroad;
