Job Description
Job Title: Control Tower Operator
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage air traffic or site operations via control tower systems
Coordinate the movement of vehicles, equipment, or aircraft safely
Communicate effectively with field operators and management
Ensure adherence to operational protocols and safety regulations
Maintain logs, records, and incident reports
Assist in emergency response and operational troubleshooting
Requirements:
Prior experience as a control tower operator or in related operations
Knowledge of control systems, safety protocols, and communication procedures
Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
