Qualification and abilities : High level technical education Have electrical, mechanical and control knowledge (high technical education) Minimal 9 years' experience in technical function (electrical and mechanical) Team builder Excellent verbal and oral skills in English language Proper communicative capabilities

Responsibilities:

Manage the maintenance crew Improve performance of maintenance crew Performance communication internally (and with customer) Locating improvement opportunities Maintenance management for Automated Handling system Direct streamlined communication with the customer, subcontractors to ensure maximum synergy between maintenance of the whole plant and the automated handling system. Having direct contact with customer management to create prospects. Keeps in close contact with head office for maintenance activities. Manage maintenance teams Shift schedules Ensure minimal man power & skills distribution Schedule and distribute activities Locate improvement opportunities, make improvement plan and execute / distribute improvement plan Rotates staff to ensure wider levels of competence and cover are developed. Develop, maintain and improve methods to gain and use relevant performance data Analyse system, process and maintenance activity performance Evaluate and improve system, process and maintenance activity performance Communicate performance status and improvement actions internally and with customer Initiate, sell and implement revisions, modifications and, retrofits (RMR); Commits to and drives performance improvement. Will liaise with operations manager on the impact of maintenance on the delivery of day to day operations.
