Job Description

Responsibilities:



- Monitor and manage valet parking activity through the control room systems.

- Coordinate communication between valet drivers and customers to facilitate efficient vehicle parking and retrieval.

- Maintain logs and records of vehicle movements and any incidents or disruptions.

- Respond promptly to emergencies or operational issues to minimize service interruptions.

- Work closely with security and maintenance teams to ensure safety protocols are followed.

- Provide timely updates and reports to management on operational status and key performance indicators.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations governing valet parking services.

Skills and Qualifications:



- Previous experience in a control room or operations coordination role, preferably within valet parking or related customer service industry.

- Strong communication and multitasking skills to handle real-time coordination effectively.

- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.

- Familiarity with control room technology and monitoring systems.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1,200.00 per month
