Must be able to liaises with customers that require assistance including telephonic queries;
Shall assist customers with any issues using intercom;
Liaise with supervisors and attendants for coordinated operation;
Shall investigate and documented any discrepancies;
Shall view real-time CCTV monitors to report any unusual and suspicious behavior;
Monitoring the work environment and equipment at the workplace;
Record, investigate and correctly respond to customer queries and complaints;
Qualifications:
At least 2 years' customer services experience,
At least 1 years' experience of working in a supervisory role in customer services industry,
Must be IT literate and holding a diploma or degree,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and to remain calm in difficult demanding situations ,
Ability to provide and complete reports and documentation,
Language skills: English, Arabic is a plus,
Qatari driving license is a plus.
