About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Control Panel and Harness Making Electrician

to join our team involved in

assembly, wiring, and installation of control panel solutions

for industrial and marine applications.
The role includes both

workshop assembly

and

on-site installation and commissioning

support.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble, wire, and test

control panels

as per engineering drawings. Fabricate and terminate

harnesses

for engine and pump control systems. Perform on-site

installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting

. Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with electrical standards. Work collaboratively with engineers and project teams for timely completion.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with

engine or pump control panels

. Strong skills in

harness making, cable routing, and termination

. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Knowledge of control circuits and industrial wiring practices. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
