Job Summary:

Sharjah Saif zone company is looking urgently The Solar/ control Panel Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role requires technical knowledge, physical fitness, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install solar PV systems, including panels, wiring, inverters, and mounting structures. Conduct site assessments to determine solar potential and system requirements. Perform electrical and mechanical connections in compliance with safety codes and regulations. Inspect, test, and troubleshoot solar power systems to ensure proper performance. Maintain and repair existing solar systems as required. Assist in layout design, measurements, and accurate placement of solar equipment. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards. Keep records of installations, inspections, maintenance, and repair activities. Educate clients on system operation, maintenance, and energy-saving practices. Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or technical certification (electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy preferred). Previous experience in solar PV installation or electrical work is an advantage. Knowledge of solar power systems, electrical wiring, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals. Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license (preferred).
