Contracts Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all contractual aspects of projects
Review and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications
Monitor project progress and address contractual issues proactively
Prepare and evaluate contractual claims and variations
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of experience in contract management within construction or facade industry
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Architecture
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legal terms
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Experience with facade, cladding, aluminium, and glass projects is preferred
