Job Description

A leading real estate developer having high end Residential and Commercial projects is looking for a highly efficient Contracts Manager to join their team.

Please note that we are looking pre-dominantly at pre contracts experience.

Responsibilities:

- Experience of 8-12 years, as contracts, purchase and commercial professional.

- Responsible for the quantity surveying, rate analysis, pre tender estimation, and administration of active contracts.

- Preparing bill of quantities (BOQ), tender documentation and tender packages in line with standard systems of measurement. Co-ordinate with MEP, Landscape, Faade Consultants for contract related documents.

- Responsible for drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and finalization of contracts/ agreements with contractors, consulting agencies, sub-contractor etc.

- Attention to detail and strong understanding of agreements/ contracts.

- Should have hands on experience in handling contracts and claims issues of Project sites.

- Preparation of work order/ contracts document for various construction activities.

- Certification of Suppliers/ Contractors invoices.

- Providing post-contract cost variances and change control processes inputs.

- Planning/ Project Management.

- Creating a performance framework for Suppliers/ Contractors.

- Financial analysis.

- Manage record keeping for all contact-related correspondence and documentation.

- Provide contract related issue resolution, both internally and externally.

- Monitor and complete contract close out, extension or renewal, as appropriate.

- Communicate contract related information to all stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Office Software, specifically Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, ERP, or similar programs.

- Preferably candidate having an experience of Contracts and Purchase with developers will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
