JOB DESCRIPTION FORMAT 1. Title Contract Specialist 2. Level Mid Level 3. Summary Responsible for drafting, negotiating and managing contracts for engineering, procurement and construction projects. Work closely with engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that contracts are fair, comprehensive and enforceable. 4. Requirement An Experienced Contract Specialist having worked in a company with environment of handling different projects as per Saudi Aramco or similar Client\xe2\x80\x99s procedures. 5. Responsibilities Draft and review contractual documents, including agreements, amendments and change orders. Ensure contracts align with company policies, legal requirements and project specifications. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to address contractual issues. Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Maintain open communication channels with all parties involved in the contract process. Address and resolve disputes or discrepancies in contracts. Identify potential risks and liabilities associated with contracts. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with project managers to assess and address contractual risks. Oversee the execution of contracts, ensuring that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations. Monitor contract performance and adherence to timelines and specifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation. Implement and enforce company policies related to contract management. Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with contractual terms. Work closely with project managers, procurement teams and legal counsel to achieve project objectives. Provide guidance to project teams on contractual matters and dispute resolution. Collaborate with finance teams to manage billing and payment processes. 6. Qualification BE / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering 7. Work Experience 10 - 15 Years proven experience as a Contract Specialist or in a similar role within the EPC industry. 8. Industry Preference Must have worked in large Oil & Gas EPC Companies 9. Skills Must have worked in ERP Environment & well versed with MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint). Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good time management, organizing, follow-up and expediting skills. Must be Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage. 10. Salary Range Minimum: Total Package: 6000 SAR to 10000 SAR Maximum: Total Package:10000 SAR Above salary range is competitive and commensurate with qualification and experience. However, the final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate\'s performance during the interview process. 11.
