to support the post-award contract administration activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects. The successful candidate will ensure effective contract management, claims preparation, and timely project execution while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
5-8 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction/EPC companies.
Prior ADNOC project experience is preferred.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Administer post-award contract requirements in alignment with project scope.
Prepare Delay Event Notification Letters, EOT (Extention of time) claims, prolongation claims, and disruption claims.
Perform productivity and delay analysis using Primavera P6.
Prepare contractual correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Support subcontracting activities for Mechanical and E&I works.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive contractual records and logs.
Technical Competencies:
Strong understanding of Oil & Gas construction contracts.
Expertise in MS Excel, Word, and Primavera P6.
Knowledge of Mechanical & E&I contracting processes.
