Job Title: Contracts & Commercial Manager
Location: Doha Qatar
LOCAL HIRING WITH VALID QID ONLY
Qualifications:
Minimum 12 years
of overall commercial management experience in the construction industry.At least
5 years
of contracts/commercial experience on major international or regional roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects.Extensive knowledge of
FIDIC
contracts red / yellow book and other relevant forms of contract used in the construction industry.Strong understanding of local laws and regulations governing construction contracts in Qatar.
Proven track record in managing large scale projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in commercial management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Certification in Commercial Management is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction management or related field
MMUP/UPDA Certified
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
