Project Overview:

Al Syed Events Management is seeking

qualified contractors and creative agencies

to collaborate with us on the design and development of a

temporary Sales Gallery

for one of our premium real estate clients.

This Sales Gallery is envisioned as much more than a venue--it will serve as the

stage where the brand and project come alive

. The space is designed to welcome brokers and clients, transforming every visit into an

immersive journey

through curated design, interactive activations, engaging content displays, and signature F&B experiences.

Scope of Work:

Develop a

customer journey layout

for the temporary sales center (structure to be provided). Align the concept and layout with moodboard and inspiration brief (to be shared upon selection). Deliver a gallery-like experience that balances

sales focus with lifestyle immersion

. Incorporate natural tones, sustainable materials, and green elements.

Key Design Elements:

Sensory entry tunnel & reception area Branding and activation touchpoints Display zones (large screens, scale models, material boards) Outdoor seating, family/wellness corners, cinema/activation areas, kids' zones Bar and multiple seating arrangements Outdoor activation areas with flexible seasonal programming Support with sourcing F&B food trucks for activations

Deliverables:

Layout plan illustrating customer journey (arrival to exit) Concept visuals aligned with moodboard Recommendations on flow, engagement, and experiential activations
