What You'll Do
Ensuring revenue and sales growth is being continuously maximized.
Identify and building new relationships with key people and decision makers within the HVAC market.
Developing strategic opportunities that are unique to Belimo and articulating that into a value proposition.
Becoming a product expert within the business as well as providing product knowledge across the business.
Delivering alignment to opportunities by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Managing the workload while using the CRM system. Update CRM regularly with new data and information from the market.
Representing and promoting Belimo products at all trade events, industry functions and consumer exhibitions.
Collaborate with the Division and Sales Managers to develop agreed upon territories growth plans, focusing on key initiatives with target End Users, FM companies, MEP Contractors, Control companies, ministries, and local industry organizations.
Initiate new plans and strategies to help in specifying Belimo products (Valves, Actuators and Sensors) with Consultants and Clients.
Establishing Belimo as the preferred (or "Standard") valve, actuator and sensor product.
Collaborate with the Division Manager on specific account management plans for each customer.
Initiate and develop long-term relationships with key personnel at target groups, as defined by those account management plans.
Conduct regular reviews to measure progress towards achievement of goals and objectives and adjust activities accordingly.
Leverage Belimo training offerings by developing and implementing training programs (in person, online, self-study) to elevate the confidence and knowledge of the overall customer groups. Training is a key differentiator.
Work with stakeholders to improve building efficiency and promote Belimo's product offerings.
Establish growth strategy to target key market segments such as data centers, Health Care, Education and Institutional facilities.
