The Role
Position Title: Contracting Officer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading Destination Management Companies in the UAE : \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate contracts and agreements with hotels and suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions for clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, manage vendor relationships, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the sales and reservations agents to create customized travel packages for clients that meet their unique needs and budget requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate records of all contract agreements and hotel tariff, and update contract and promotion information on ground handling service file.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 23 to 40 years old \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience from Destination Management Company in the UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be knowledgeable about Hotel Tariff and Ground Handling Service file \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in contract negotiation with travel vendors especially hotels \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
