Job Title: Contracting Head

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: General Manager / Director of Sales

Core Responsibilities:

Serve as a key point of contact for accommodation suppliers to support contracting, operational, commercial, and financial matters. Assist in negotiating rates, availability, special offers, release periods, overrides, cancellation policies, and credit terms with hotels, self-catering units, and serviced apartments. Support the expansion and maintenance of the supplier portfolio to ensure product diversity across multiple categories (1-5*, city/rural hotels, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Execute contracting activities by securing competitive rates, special offers, allocations, and terms in line with company objectives.
Monitor competitor products and pricing to ensure competitiveness across multiple source markets.
Review weekly product and sales reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market trends.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and accurate loading and positioning of contracts.
Gain understanding of hotel distribution channels, including channel managers, dynamic connectivity, and extranets, to ensure smooth operations.
Assist team member for rate match
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in contracting within the travel and tourism sector, preferably with DMCs or global travel companies. Proven track record in negotiating contracts and achieving measurable savings.
Strong network and established relationships with hotels and accommodation suppliers.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of legal contract terms, risk management, and industry regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build long-term vendor relationships.
