Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled

Contracting Manager

to oversee and manage all contractual and commercial aspects of our

high-rise and luxury villa projects

in Dubai. The role requires solid knowledge of construction contracts, local regulations, and project delivery frameworks. The Contracting Manager will safeguard the company's interests, ensure compliance, and support project teams in achieving budget, quality, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review,

and

negotiate contracts

, subcontracts, supplier, and consultancy agreements. Administer contract terms and conditions, including

variations, claims, extensions of time, and final settlements

. Ensure compliance with UAE laws, Dubai Municipality regulations, RERA guidelines, and standard forms of contract (FIDIC preferred). Identify contractual and commercial risks and propose effective mitigation strategies. Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance against agreed obligations, including quality, delivery, and financial commitments. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, procurement, planning, and finance teams to align contract execution with project objectives. Maintain proper contractual documentation, approvals, and correspondence for audit and compliance. Support dispute resolution processes in coordination with legal advisors. Ensure enforcement of contractual HSE and quality requirements across projects. Provide regular reports to senior management on claims, variations, and contractual exposure.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

6-7 years of UAE experience

in contract management for large-scale construction projects, in

high-rise

and

luxury villa

developments. Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract. Proven experience in handling claims, variations, and contract administration. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with local authority procedures and compliance (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RERA, etc.).

Preferred:

Candidates with Dubai Municipality approval or professional certification in contract/commercial management will be given priority. Experience working with reputed contractors or developers in Dubai.
