Job Description

This role requires a diverse skill-set ranging from Contracting supplier rates, innovative travel products, enhancing existing travel products and negotiating with supplier on contracts, Market research and more Responsibility;

• Carry out comprehensive research on new and existing holidays products.
• Negotiate yearly contract rates with Suppliers (Hotel Transportation, Guides, attractions, meals ETC.)
• Update pricing, promotions, product requirements to all related departments
• Handle daily request from sale and help improve their conversion rate
• Evaluate the quality of suppliers and change the contracting strategies
• Analyze market trends to expand existing hotels and suppliers
• Managing the Product Lifecycle from the development and implementation to the commercial and operational success of new and existing travel product
• Working with other departments to develop and enact a product strategy to ensure the product is competitively priced and has a comprehensive offer matched to sales demand and targets.
• Benchmark customer experience and pricing with direct competitors.

Qualifications/skills needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism management or other related field
• Having at least 3 years' experience in contracting or purchase
• Extensive Destination knowledge especially (Europe, Africa, America, Asia, etc.) will be advantage
• Previous travel Experience is a must
• Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills is a must
• Good command of both written and verbal English
• Ability to work under high pressure &High level of "attention to detail"
• Bachelor's degree with travel specialization will advantage
• Buying/ purchasing Experience
• A self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
