Job Title: Contract Manager / Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and talented Contract Manager to manage and oversee key partnerships with event organizers, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, and hypermarkets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract negotiation, business development, and partnership management, with a focus on the restaurant, retail, or events sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee contracts with a variety of partners, ensuring all terms and conditions align with company objectives. Negotiate and draft contracts with event organizers, retailers, and other strategic partners. Identify and generate new business opportunities through contracting and business development. Ensure that contracts are fair, well-defined, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Plan, execute, and manage events and sponsorships, ensuring successful outcomes and high-impact results.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the restaurant, retail, or events industries. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex agreements and develop mutually beneficial contracts. Proven track record in event management, including successful planning and execution of events and sponsorships. Ability to generate leads and drive growth through strategic partnerships. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
