The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of supplier contracts - from negotiation and execution through to performance monitoring, compliance, and renewal. The role ensures that contractual agreements support the company's strategic objectives while protecting its commercial, legal, and operational interests.
As the primary point of contact for supplier-facing contractual matters, the Contract Manager works closely with the Supply Chain team and partners extensively with the Legal function to ensure contracts are clear, enforceable, and effectively managed. The role requires strong commercial acumen, legal awareness, and problem-solving skills to mitigate risks, resolve disputes, and maximise value.
