Contract Management Officer

with a strong

procurement background

to support vendor and supplier contract oversight, risk mitigation, and compliance.

Role Overview



The Contract Management Officer will manage the lifecycle of contracts related to procurement, vendor management, and service agreements. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Operations) and external vendors to ensure all contracts are compliant, cost-effective, and performance-aligned.

Key Responsibilities



Draft, review, and manage contracts, purchase agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and vendor contracts. Ensure contracts comply with UAE laws and PSI internal procurement policies. Support the procurement team in vendor evaluation, onboarding, and contract negotiation processes. Monitor contract performance, deliverables, renewals, and terminations. Maintain contract databases and documentation with up-to-date, accurate records. Track key contract milestones, deadlines, and payment terms to ensure timely execution and renewals. Coordinate with the legal team for contract risk reviews and escalation of disputes. Provide administrative and analytical support for procurement audits and reporting. Liaise with suppliers and contractors to resolve contractual issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in

contract management

with a strong

procurement or supply chain focus

, preferably in real estate, construction, or a project-based industry. Solid understanding of UAE contract law and procurement regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management systems (e.g. SharePoint, SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes



Experience working in real estate, facilities management, or construction sectors in the UAE. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts, vendor performance evaluation tools, or cost control procedures. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
