Contract Logistics Manager
Job Description
Our client is currently hiring for the position Contract Logistics Manager.
Key Responsibility:
. Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to expand our contract
logistics services in the region.
. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activities.
. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional logistics services to existing
clients.
. Address and resolve any client issues or escalations in a timely and professional
manner.
. Develop and manage the annual budget for the contract logistics business and
monitor key financial metrics.
. Prepare and analyze performance reports for senior management, focusing on
profitability, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
. Ensure all sales and business development activities align with company financial
goals.
