ONIX Engineering Consultancy is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented
Contract and Specifications Engineer
to handle preparation, review, and management of technical specifications and contract documents, ensuring full compliance with project requirements, standards, and contractual obligations.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review technical specifications for architectural, structural, and MEP works. Review contracts, BOQs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and consistency. Coordinate with design, supervision, and project teams to resolve contractual and specification issues. Support tendering processes, technical clarifications, and evaluations. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, codes, and applicable standards. Assist in variation orders, claims, and contractual correspondence. Maintain proper documentation and records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural or related field). Minimum
5 years
experience in contracts and specifications within an engineering consultancy. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and technical specifications. Familiarity with UAE codes and local authority requirements. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).How to Apply:
