We are seeking an experienced
Contract Administrator
to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer contracts with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Review contract documents, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance.
Prepare and submit variation orders, claims, and progress reports.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual issues.
Maintain proper documentation for all contractual matters.
Support project management in negotiations, approvals, and close-out procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience
in contract administration in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, contract laws, and FIDIC standards.
Experience in handling claims, variation orders, and project close-outs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
