Prepare contracts for clients in accordance with company procedures.
Draft, review, and manage contracts in both Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy.
Ensure timely renewal or termination of contracts in alignment with company strategy.
Coordinate with legal teams to resolve any contract-related issues or disputes.
Handle Contract renewals, addendums, and cancellations.
Maintain accurate records of all contracts and amendments for future reference.
Follow Ups with Clients for Contract payments, working closely with finance Team.
Register and submit contracts in government portals
Maintain weekly status reports on contracts and submit both hard and soft copies to the finance team and Management.
Register and update customer contracts into the company software.
Meet with Clients to present sample rooms and address their inquiries.
Preparing Food Reports for submission to the catering department.
Register and Submit contracts in Tawtheeq system
Coordinate with Finance and legal teams for contract reviews.
Register and upload customer contract into the company software.
File hard copies of contracts and submit them to the finance department.
Coordinate with customer to help to resolve their queries.
