Job Description

We are a leading Facility Management Company urgently hiring Contract Administrator for its Mosque maintenance Project for 4-6 months
  • Candidate should be a native Arabic speaker available in Qatar
  • Ready to work in Secondment/Sub contract for 4 to 6 months
  • Any Accounting or Legal Qualification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Contract Coordinator
Major Responsibilities
  • Liaise with client and subcontractors for all contract related matters
  • Reconciliation of invoices of sub-contractors with the valid contract
  • Advise for payment with necessary approvals
  • Check the contractual obligations and perform the duties with a strong attention
  • Support negotiations of claims, manage contractual changes and resolve disputes or conflict resolution with Contractors
  • Supports the project managers in executing the works according the obligations in the contract.
  • Other administrative duties specified by Project Manager or Client representatives
