We are seeking an experienced Continental Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Continental cuisine and a background in high-end kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a variety of Continental dishes at high standards Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety procedures are maintained Support menu planning with the Head Chef Monitor inventory and assist with cost control Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Continental Chef Experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment is required Strong knowledge of European, Mediterranean, and fusion cuisines Good leadership and time-management skills
