Prepare and present a wide variety of Continental dishes with creativity and quality.
Ensure food is cooked and presented according to international standards.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to design seasonal menus.
Monitor inventory and assist in kitchen cost control.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Continental Chef.
Experience in a five-star hotel or equivalent fine dining environment is required.
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisines (European, Mediterranean, and fusion styles).
Ability to lead, manage, and train junior kitchen staff.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Transferable visa/NOC preferred.
