About the Role:

We are looking for a

skilled and creative bilingual (Arabic & English) Content Writer

to join our Qatar/Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in

Arabic and English

(both written and spoken) with a strong ability to create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content across multiple channels.

This role focuses on ideation, content planning, and execution across various content pillars -- including social media, ad campaigns, blogs, PR, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Ideation & Strategy

Lead content ideation in alignment with brand tone, campaigns, and communication objectives.

Develop creative concepts and content pillars that resonate with regional audiences.

Contribute to the planning and structure of monthly social content calendars across platforms.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure message consistency and brand integrity.

2. Copywriting & Content

Craft compelling ad copies and taglines for digital creatives, campaign visuals, and video scripts.

Write impactful captions and headlines that enhance engagement and conversion.

Ensure all messaging reflects the brand's voice, values, and cultural nuance in both

Arabic and English

.

3. Long-Form & Editorial Content

Write and edit blog articles, thought-leadership pieces, and PR content that build brand credibility.

Support in developing press materials and editorial content for external communication.

Conduct light research and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.

4. Community & Engagement Content

Create and refine content for community interactions, including reply templates, brand responses, and reactive posts.

Maintain an authentic and consistent tone across public touchpoints in both

languages

Qualifications & Skills:

Fluency in both Arabic and English

with strong written communication skills.

Excellent command of both languages for translation, briefing, and team collaboration.

4-6 years of content writing experience (brand-side experience preferred; agency background is an advantage).

Proven ability to ideate and execute social media content calendars.

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to cultural and linguistic nuances.

Familiarity with digital and social content trends in the UAE and GCC region.

Ability to manage multiple content streams and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with standard tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or content management tools).

Additional Notes:

This role is primarily content-focused (writing, ideation, and planning).

Some content may require timely uploading or publishing as part of the day-to-day workflow.
