We're on the hunt for a Content Strategist & Social Media Manager who can build powerful narratives, analyze viral trends, and lead a multichannel content strategy that drives engagement, brand growth, and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Plan and execute multi-format content including short-form videos, static posts, stories, polls, and podcast promos.
Engage directly with the online community, from DMs to comments.
Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks to stay ahead.
Conduct viral trend analysis to create timely, relevant, and culturally aligned content.
Actively engage with audience through DMs, comments, and community-building initiatives.
Plan and launch carousel posts, reels, and interactive stories that educate and convert.
Use tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and native analytics dashboards to monitor, report, and optimize performance (engagement, reach, conversions).
A/B test different content formats, times, and messaging angles.
Excellent storytelling skills with a command of English grammar, tone adaptation, and digital narrative flow.
Experience in B2B, startups, tech, education, or media is a plus.
