We are a creative media & marketing agency looking for a
Content & Story Assistant
to support the creative director in developing scripts, captions, and structured storytelling for short-form video content.This role focuses on
content preparation and story structure
, not video editing or design.Responsibilities
Assist in turning ideas into clear video scripts Write hooks, captions, and on-screen text Organize content into structured storytelling flows Prepare content briefs for the editing team Support daily content planning and coordination
Requirements
Strong writing and storytelling skills Ability to structure ideas clearly Experience with social media content formats Attention to wording, tone, and detail Ability to follow direction and execute consistently
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Background in content creation or copywriting Understanding of marketing-oriented content Experience working with creative teams
Work Type
Full-time On-site or Hybrid (depending on availability)
