Overview of the role:

End to end Management of the content creation of Al Futtaim Group ecommerce website portfolio

What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:

Create content description for AFG Ecom websites

Create the Content creation process (briefing document, SLA etc...)

Create naming conventions

Drive a team of external content writers (for blogs)

Assist the performance marketing team

Reporting Structure

Building strong relationship with internal teams. Excellent communicator within internal team to support correct timely execution

Required Skills to be successful:-

Minimum 3 years of experience as content writer preferably within an eCommerce organization.

Excellent English skills (speaking, writing and reading).

Strong copywriting skills gained in a web environment; high standard of written English.

Sensitivity to Health and Beauty products

Strong copywriting skills in a web environment, with a high standard of English and understanding of SEO guidelines.

Arabic language would be an advantage.

What equips you for the role:

Bachelor\'s Degree (Masters preferred)

4-5 years\' experience in Ecommerce Content Creation

Fast and accurate proof-reader.

Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a software life cycle.

SEO Experience would be an advantage.

Understanding of accessibility issues and solutions, including legal/compliance.

Autonomous

Knowledge of a PIM tool (Akeno etc)
