Job Description

We are looking for a versatile and hands-on professional who can manage Arabic and English content, run social media accounts, and execute paid ads. This role suits someone who understands both language and digital platforms, and can switch comfortably between content, campaigns, and daily social activity.

Design and video skills are a strong plus, but not mandatory.

o Key Responsibilities

Content Writing (Arabic & English) Write clear, engaging content in Arabic and Englishfor: Social media posts Ad copies Website pages and landing pages Blogs, captions, and short marketing texts Adapt tone and messaging based on platform, audience, and campaign goals Proofread and edit content to maintain quality and consistency Social Media Management Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar*
Respond to comments and messages professionally Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, launches, and promotions Track engagement and suggest improvements Ads Management Set up and manage paid ads on: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (basic to intermediate level) Write ad copies and coordinate visuals Monitor performance, budgets, and optimize campaigns Prepare simple performance reports Design & Video (Bonus Skill) Create basic social media designs (posts, stories, banners) Edit short videos or reels for social platforms Work with templates and brand guidelines Coordinate with designers or videographers when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong writing skills in Arabic and English*
Proven experience in content writing and social media management Understanding of social media trends and best practices Experience managing paid social ads Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Basic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools) Basic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, simple edits) Experience working with agencies or multiple brands Familiarity with analytics and reporting
