We are looking for a creative, proactive, and tech-savvy

Social Media & Website Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day social media presence, updating content across platforms, and ensuring our website is always up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and post daily content (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow community interactions, generating leads Run and optimize paid ad campaigns when needed Track performance analytics and provide monthly reports

Website Management

Update website content regularly (text, images, blog posts, banners, etc.) Manage product/service listings and ensure all links and pages function properly Collaborate with developers or use CMS tools (like WordPress, Shopify, etc.) to maintain the website Optimize content for SEO and user experience

Other Duties

Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for content and promotions Handle basic email marketing or newsletters if needed Assist in digital campaigns or launches Keep up with digital trends and recommend improvements

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace Strong communication and content writing skills Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.) Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask A self-starter who can work independently

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics Video editing or motion graphics experience Prior experience in eCommerce or service-based businesses
