FOCUS MEDIA MIDDLE EAST, the largest elevator media company globally, is looking for a reliable and capable Content Services Coordinator to join our operations team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary liaison with property management companies for all screen-related communications
Provide technical and content support for installed digital signage systems
Conduct quarterly service reviews with key property partners
Create, format, and schedule property notices and emergency alerts
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and technical specifications
Manage content updates via USB distribution when required
Prepare daily, weekly content execution reports for management or as per request
Coordinate with maintenance teams for screen functionality checks
Liaise between sales, construction, and media teams for campaign implementations
Identify new screen installation opportunities in existing properties
Assist legal team with contract renewals and service agreements
Maintain database of property contacts and service histories
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, or related field
2+ years experience in digital media operations or property management
Proficiency in content management systems and basic graphic tools
Strong technical aptitude for digital signage hardware/software
Excellent bilingual communication skills (English + Mandarin preferred)
Valid UAE driver's license (for property visits when required)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
