We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin & Content Creation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, content creation, and scriptwriting. You will also play a key role in coordinating communication and operations across different teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
Handle day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations.
Manage scheduling, documentation, and filing to support internal operations.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.
Content Creation & Script Writing:
Develop engaging written content for blogs, newsletters, internal communications, and other marketing materials.
Write clear and compelling scripts for promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and messaging.
Collaborate with the team to develop new content ideas and strategies.
Coordination:
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Ensure communication between teams is clear, and deadlines are met.
Coordinate schedules and meetings to ensure alignment across various teams and departments.
Customer Calling:
Conduct customer outreach via phone calls to gather feedback, resolve issues, or promote new products/services.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Document and report customer feedback to improve products or services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation, script writing, and administrative support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong coordination skills and the ability to work across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with content writing and scriptwriting for promotional purposes.
Experience working in a coordination role or cross-functional teams is a plus.
