The Role
We are hiring a Senior PR and Content Executive plays a crucial role in managing our public relations and content marketing efforts. The individual will be primarily responsible for creating and promoting content to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and engagement; and will manage relationship with Publications, influencers, and external agencies to build reputation for the brand in a progressive manner. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Content Content Strategy \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and target audience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify content themes, topics, and formats that resonate with the target audience. Content Creation \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and more. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content creation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines. Content Distribution \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage content distribution across various digital channels, including the company website, social media, email marketing, and third-party platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Utilize SEO and keyword optimization to improve content visibility. Audience engagement \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor audience engagement with content and respond to comments and inquiries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Foster a sense of community and engagement around the brand through content. Public Relations Media Relations \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and distribute press releases and pitch story ideas to media outlets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle media inquiries and coordinate interviews and media appearances. Reputation Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Work to enhance the company\'s reputation through positive media coverage and thought leadership. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify opportunities for awards, recognition, and speaking engagements for company executives. Crisis Control \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in developing crisis communication plans and be prepared to respond to PR crises promptly and effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor media coverage and sentiment to assess the impact of PR efforts. Analytics & Performance reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of content and PR campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION? \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in content marketing and public relations, preferably in a senior role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to create clear, persuasive content. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and PR software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of SEO best practices and content distribution channels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Crisis management and media relations experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with media monitoring and analytics tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 6 to 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, preferably within financial services/fintech in a fast-paced environment Job specific skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with online community building. \xe2\x80\xa2 Data-driven and highly analytical. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency with Google & social media analytics.
