Executive Assistant Manager i/c of Rooms Division Morocco : 5* International Hotel Brand Competitive package : depending on experience Bilingual French and English This is a great new opportunity for an internationally experienced EAM i/c of FOH or Rooms Division to join the team of this International Luxury Hotel Group for their property in Morocco. Reporting to the Hotel Manager you will be leading the Rooms division operations, ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will also be part of the development program to be a future Hotel Manager within the group. Profile: : The client is targeting hoteliers with at least 4 years in a senior management role within the Front Office / Rooms Division : Must currently be working within a top 5* internationally branded hotels : Culturally understanding Morocco and all its challenges a plus : Positive people management styles : Dedicated, young, motivated, hands on and independent : Fluent French : Fluent English This is a great opportunity for a strong EAM ready to take on next responsibilities.
