ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a hands-on Content Lead / Marketing Manager who not only sets the strategy but also executes daily content -- writing captions, posting on social platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

This role blends thinking + doing, without diluting leadership responsibility.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Planning

Define and own the content & marketing strategy for both brands

Create weekly & monthly content calendars

Plan campaigns (festive, launches, offers, collaborations)

Maintain brand tone, messaging & visual direction

Captioning & Posting

Write:

Instagram & TikTok captions

Hooks, CTAs, hashtags

On-screen text & Reel prompts

Post content on:

Instagram (Feed, Reels, Stories)

TikTok

LinkedIn (brand + leadership profiles)

Ensure correct timing, formats & platform best practices

This role owns the final words that go out.

Influencers & Collaborations

Plan influencer strategy

Handle outreach & negotiations

Brief influencers clearly

Review content before posting

Review & Optimisation

Track content performance

Adjust messaging & formats based on data

Coordinate with Performance Marketing for ad-ready content

NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

Excellent copywriting (luxury / fashion tone)

Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn

Ability to think strategically and execute daily

Strong organisational & time-management skills

Clear communication with creatives & marketing teams

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

? 3 years in content marketing / social media marketing

? Experience handling both strategy and daily posting

? Background in fashion, retail, lifestyle or luxury brands

? Proven portfolio or live brand pages managed

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
